What support ratios are available in your SIL homes?
Support arrangements vary depending on the home and the needs of the people living there. This may include shared support, active overnight support, sleepover support or more individualised arrangements.
The relevant support arrangements should be clearly shown on each vacancy listing.
Can my support coordinator enquire for me?
Yes. Support coordinators and other authorised representatives can enquire on behalf of a participant. Providing information about the preferred location, support requirements, accessibility needs and move-in timeframe will help us assess suitable options.
Can I switch from another SIL or SDA provider?
Yes. You can enquire about moving to Hilda Care even if you currently receive SIL or SDA services from another provider. Before making any changes, it is important to understand the notice period and requirements in your current agreement. We can discuss the transition process with you.
